Our goal is to have 1 team for the following birth years: 2012-2017/18.

Tryouts: January 25th

Tournament Dates: late-April and mid-June

We are also looking at other tournaments, but this is what we have so far.

What birth years?

Our goal is to have a team for the following birth years: 2012-2017/18. If there is enough interest and coaching available for a 2nd team, we will consider it as well.

Who are the coaches?

If you are interested in being a coach or a team manager, make sure you list that in the volunteering box during registration.

Will it just be Anchorage kids or will any Alaska kid be included?

We are very inclusive from all over Alaska and we just love it when we bring kids from places like Soldotna, Homer, Tok or Juneau. If your player has the skills to play at the AAA level, they more than likely be included.

Blades Travel Teams Spring-Summer '26

Welcome to the 11th season of Alaska Blades hockey! We are so very excited with this upcoming season as we have some fun tournaments in mind. To start, the Stars and Stripes in Minnesota is always a blast. We are also committed to the Coast2Coast in Kelowna in June. That will be an amazing experience.

We are also open to other tournaments for 1 or multiple age groups and teams.
